What information will appear on the Memorials page?

If you complete all fields on the form (red AND black):

  • Your first and last names
  • Your city, state, and country
  • Your pet's name and picture
  • Your memorial

If you only complete the required fields (red only):

  • Your pet's name and picture
  • Your memorial

Note: We will only use your email address should we need to contact you - it will not be displayed on the Web page.

Picture Type

Please upload a jpg or gif picture type. Most digital cameras use the jpg type, which is ideal. The picture must be less than 2MB in size (most jpg pictures will be less than 2MB already) or we will not be able to use it. We will make the picture the size it needs to be for the web page.

Please be patient in waiting for your memorial to appear on the Memorials page.
